The 12th annual conference of South Asian Studies Association (SASA) will be hosted by Claremont McKenna College in Claremont, California, from March 23 to March 25. This year, as in the past years, eight individuals—scholars and practicing artists—will be presenting papers and talks at the conference on various topics of Nepali art, culture, education and tourism. In addition to these presentations, there will be a room called “Nepal Room,” showcasing various glimpses of Nepali art, handicrafts and tourism. Below are the topics on which some of the noted scholars and artists will be speaking on and about Nepal. We invite you to attend the conference and visit Nepal Room by greeting and supporting over 100 conference attendees. To register, please visit www.sasia.org.
